Fresh Guacamole
5 freshly mashed avocados
2/3 Finely chopped red pepper
1/4 Finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1-2 large seeded and finely chopped jalapeños
2 seeded and chopped Roma tomatoes
2 tbs fresh lemon or lime juice - I recently used lemon and loved
2 tbs coconut milk (to keep the avocados green - if you're serving right away, no need)
Fresh sea salt to taste
Garnish with fresh red pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño
Enjoy!
