Cucumber & Dill Bruschetta


Cucumber and Dill Bruschetta

What You'll Need (to serve about 8)

1 Package Cream Cheese
2 Tbs Chopped Fresh Dill
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch Sea Salt
4 Sliced Baby Cucumbers (Cukes)
Handfull of halved cherry tomatoes 

Combine cream cheese, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt in a mixer and whip until smooth and creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on each toated baguette. Top with baby cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.

Top with fresh dill and sea salt...enjoy!
