Ham & Bean Soup


Ham and Bean Soup 

2 cans white northern beans, 2 cans pinto beans. Cup of water, 1 chopped sautéed onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves sautéed and 2 diced ham steaks. Put all in Dutch oven, season with salt, pepper and three small bay leaves. Simmer for an hour. Serve with warm corn bread.
